ITI - Bhuj
Industrial Training Institute, Bhuj is located in the capital city of Kutch district. This institute has been established in 1994 with four trades viz Fitter, Mechanic Diesel, Mechanic Motor (Vehicle) and Wireman having an intake capacity of 128 seats only. But now after successfully functioning for 12 years, it has risen to the status of well-reputed Model Industrial Training Institute having an ISO 9001: 2000 certification with 25 trades having a sanctioned strength of 460 seats in various Engineering and Non Engineering Trades.
The institute has adequate land and building with total area of 29138 sq. mt with built up area of 4244 sq. meter. The hostel building having an intake capacity of 30 trainees was taken over on August 2004.

Industrial Training institute Bhuj is an ISO-9001:2000 certified institute and governed by Department of Employment and Training. The institute conducts different technical and non-technical courses.
Govt. of India decided to upgrade 100 ITIs in the country into "Centre of Excellence" in the first phase in the FY 2005-2006 through domestic resources and 400 ITIs through World Bank Assistance.The institute has been upgraded into Centre of Excellence from Aug. 2006 in Automobile Sector.
